Please make sure you read and understand the totovic.com.au terms and conditions prior to any purchase.
All purchases constitute an agreement that the buyer will adhere to all terms and conditions as set out on this page.
By purchasing you are entering into a legally binding contract with totovic.com.au, whereupon you are agreeing to all terms and conditions of sale as set out by totovic.com.au

The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out on the web site and all products are priced inclusive of GST. The price of the item(s) does not include the delivery charge. The delivery charge will be added to the price of the order unless pick up is arranged. While we will endeavour to keep the website up-to-date, prices may change and are at the final discretion of TOTO Victoria.

If for any reason beyond our reasonable control we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Cartage will be charged on all deliveries; All Goods will be delivered to the designated site. If a customer requests assistance to move Goods inside any structure or building on site, no responsibility will be borne for any consequential loss or damage. (We deliver to kerbside only)

Our delivery service is made by a contracted courier company. Delivery times are provided by the delivery service, excluding weekends, holidays and may vary according to location. You will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date and time on requested day of delivery. We do our best to deliver to you on your requested delivery date and will contact you as soon as possible if this cannot be done. If you order goods you must be home at the agreed time to accept and sign for deliveries. If you are not at home the delivery driver will return to the warehouse and it is the customers responsibility to collect the goods or arrange another delivery at the customers cost. If you split an order and request multiple delivery dates you will be charged a delivery fee each time. If for any reason we cannot deliver your full order at the same time you will not be charged for additional deliveries, at our discretion. If you wish to change the delivery date, then please give us no less than 48 hours’ notice prior to delivery. It is advisable that yourself or someone on your behalf will be available to assist the driver in the unloading of large heavy goods. The delivery driver will not carry large items inside or up external stairs. Delivery of large items is a door to kerbside service and the onus is on you to get items from the street frontage to your desired location onsite.
Please note all deliveries will need to be signed for.

If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery, we ask that you advise us at least 48 hours before the agreed upon delivery date. Cancellations for any reason will incur a 20% restocking fee on the cost of the order.

We will accept all returns in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Returns will only be accepted with proof of purchase.

All Goods sold are subject to the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, guarantee and trading terms (if any). If goods are deemed faulty following confirmation by the manufacturer you may replace them free of charge by contacting us at 03 9872 6698.

All our items are checked for damage and missing parts prior to delivery. They are sent out in good and brand-new condition. It is important to thoroughly check your goods upon receipt of delivery BEFORE signing and to notify totovic.com.au within 48 hours of receiving the order if anything is amiss. Evidence of damage will be required i.e. photographs.
Any claims for credits must be made in writing to TOTO Victoria within 3 business days of date of delivery, otherwise the Customer is deemed to have accepted the Goods and liability for the Goods.

If goods remain boxed and in perfect condition you may return them within 30 days for a refund, minus the 20% restocking fee. The cost of return delivery will be incurred by the customer.

Items that have been unboxed or installed are not acceptable as returns. Washlets and toilet seats are non-returnable for sanitary reasons once the unit has been despatched from the warehouse. There are no returns or refunds available on custom made products. This excludes items that are defective or have a manufacturers fault.
If an item that is ordered is a special order that totovic.com.au does not usually stock cancellation is not possible. The buyer agrees to the full financial responsibility of specially ordering their items in. This excludes items that are defective or have a manufacturers fault. 50% deposit is required for non-standard items and 100% for custom made products, this is not refundable.

You as the customer have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession. If products are damaged by you no refund will be made.
All refunds will be issued when goods have arrived back to the totovic.com.au warehouse and have been inspected by a member of our team. Refunds will be made by the same method used for the purchase.

If an item has been installed or used and you would like a warranty claim please contact us before removing the item as it should be inspected in the installed state to ascertain whether the warranty is to be actioned.

Payment must be made and received 48 hours prior to goods being dispatched.

You can pay with any Visa or Mastercard with 1.5% surcharge. You may also pay via EFT or Direct Deposit. Your payment card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment is given at the time of order. You will be charged for items at point of order. Our liability to you in respect of an order shall be limited to the value of that order. We shall not be liable to you for any economic loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, wasted expenditure or depletion of goodwill as a result of our negligence which arise out of or in connection with an order.

Whilst all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional. totovic.com.au makes every effort to ensure all prices and product information is up to date and correct at the time of display. However, we take no responsibility for any incorrect information that may appear and reserve the right to refuse any order which may contain mistakes. It is the responsibility of the customer and the installer to ensure that product is fit for purpose when purchasing any new bathroom or kitchen product.
