Very definitely an emerging trend in Australia, TOTO bidets are becoming a mainstay in luxury homes for international travellers, the hygiene conscious, persons living with mobility issues, and above all those who value quality and design.
Due to an internal promotion, we have a fantastic opportunity for the hungry salesperson looking for the chance to advance their sales career. In a full-time solo position, you will manage two distinct luxury brands, TOTO as direct retail and facilitating Innova sales (sold exclusively thru our merchant wholesale network). You will be responsible for all retail sales of TOTO products, hosting product showings to the A&D Community, luxury boutique developers, and high-end builders; as well as promoting our brand Innova thru our merchant network. You will work closely with our BDMs and commercial account managers to maximise our commercial project pipeline, exploring possible projects and developing contacts within the residential architectural industry.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
This role will suit a technically minded salesperson who can think around corners and is prepared to chase every lead to its conclusion. Preference will be given to those with a bathroom/kitchen sales experience or have plumbing sales background. Full product training will be given by our team. Working solely in the showroom, you will be fully supported from our head office in Thomastown.
Assisting customers with product selections & options for their project during in-store consultations
Preparing quotations & orders, and following these through to delivery
Building customer relationships within the A&D community & maintaining excellent customer service and technical know-how
Liaising with project managers / designers / architects / builders & plumbers at quotation / order / after sales stage
Providing (limited) technical advice to architects, builders, and installers
Working closely with our commercial reps to maximise project pipeline opportunities
Some administration tasks, including finalising customer invoices / orders
MYOB/ Microsoft Office skills will be highly regarded
