Items directly purchased from the website are usually delivered within 2-3 days for metro Melbourne, 3-7 working days Victoria and Interstate, subject to availability.

Yes, owing to the heavy nature of the goods, we require site assistance to be present at time of kerbside delivery. Our team will organise a convenient delivery date and our drivers will endeavour to contact you first thing in the morning with an approx time frame and again at least an hour before they arrive.

Yes, all TOTO products sold through TOTO Victoria have a comprehensive warranty and our service network covers every post code of Australia. Even after the warranty period ends, you can still access the TOTO service network for repairs (at your cost) simply by contacting us.

Products supplied damaged or faulty products will be repaired or replaced if under warranty at our discretion. Accepted returns due to change of mind will incur a 20% restocking fee and delivery fee, providing the items are in original condition with packaging intact, and we are notified within two weeks of receipt of delivery. Items that have been installed are not subject to return, and it is the installers responsibility to check items before installing.
While we will endeavour to provide the best possible advice and specification sheets for all relevant items , it is ultimately the installers responsibility to ensure all items purchased are suitable for their project before despatch.

Yes, everything that we sell at TOTO Victoria/SDC is fully Australian Standards compliant and are WELS and Watermark compliant (where applicable). All products must be installed by a qualified installer according to local regulations.
All TOTO products we supply have been specially engineered and constructed to meet Australian Standards. TOTO products produced for international markets do not meet said requirements and as such we do not carry, sell or supply them. Due to legal reasons, we cannot provide service or spare parts to any TOTO items that have not been sold in Australian. Installing non-watermark approved products is illegal and may create dangerous situations.

Due to stage three Victorian Government restrictions on social interaction during the COVID19 pandemic, we had to make the difficult decision to close the showroom so we could protect the team and do our part to flatten the curve. The business remains open in every other way! You can still contact the sales team by phone or email, and we have created virtual tours on our top selling products. We continue to make deliveries as normal, though there may a days delay to the usual 48 hour turnaround. Our sales team are working from home with full access to all quotes/ orders, and can assist with any product or installation queries.
