In light of COVID-19, it has always been our top priority to ensure our team and our customers’ health and safety are protected. These are difficult and unprecedented times we find ourselves in. We are following the advice of the Government very carefully to take rigorous measures, and have temporarily closed our South Melbourne showroom until April 30, as nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our community. We will continue to keep you updated.
While you may not be able to come to our showroom in person, siriusdesign.com.au/ remains open. You are welcome to make purchases through our website, email, or phone, and your TOTO products will be shipped to you as per usual. Product pricing has been opened without having to log in, all our product pages have specification sheets, and our phones are open during normal trading hours including Saturdays.
We are excited to be launching Virtual Services via our website, and you can organize personalized appointments by phone or Zoom on our online booking tool or through our customer service team. One of our expert salespeople will be available to you to demonstrate everything you’ll need to know about our extensive range of products and services.
As of the first week of April, our excellent sub agents remain open with smaller dedicated TOTO displays. Please contact the TOTO showroom team and we may be able to direct you to a showroom display in your area.
As our showroom remains closed, we are operating remotely to support our valued customers and provide you with the utmost care and services during this time. Our warehouse is sealed off to the non-essential team members, and we are regularly handwashing and sanitizing as we handle your orders.
